Academic Coaching (Time Management and Organization)

Who is this for?
Many, many students sail out of high school and their parents’ structure and find college a HUGE SHOCK. It is such a hard transition: freedom, choices, unscheduled time, loneliness. Students come to us with low grades, academic probation, budgeting disasters, low confidence and even disciplinary actions. We support students through goal setting, structure, frequent contact, and accountability.

Deliverables include:

  • College Student Support Services Initial Consultation
  • Together, we examine the student’s learning styles, work habits, and barriers to success.
  • Together, the coach and student will identify long-term, short-term and micro goals which will serve as the student’s game plan to guide each day.
  • Semester planning to ensure strong grades and success.
  • The Coach and student will meet weekly for one hour to check on the student’s progress and update their daily and weekly to-do list.
  • The Coach and student check in several times per week by text, email or phone.
Crisis Coaching
